Home Confinement services require a guaranteed minimum of 9 placements and a maximum of 18 placements (male and female) for the same period, with a radius within 200 miles of the RRC. Services must adhere to the "Residential Reentry Center, March 2022 SOW," including specific requirements for offender accountability, programming, community relations, personnel management, security, medical/food services, and emergency preparedness.
