Both the RRC services for in-house RRC beds and the Home Confinement services for home confinement placements shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work (SOW) entitled, "Residential Reentry Center, April 2017." Home Confinement services (for home confinement placements) are specifically defined in chapter 10, Programs, of the aforementioned SOW. Additional requirements for these services are referenced throughout the SOW as well. This will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with firm fixed unit prices for Line Items 1 and 2.
For the Home Confinement requirement for home confinement placements, male and female quantities are combined for an estimated number of inmate days.
For Line Item 1, the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities for the RRC services for the in-house RRC beds requirement are as follows:
• Base Year: The guaranteed minimum number of inmate days is 2,555 (6 males and 1 female) with an estimated maximum number of inmate days of 9,125 (23 males and 2 females);
• Option Year 1: The estimated maximum number of inmate days is 9,150 (23 males and 2 females);
• Option Year 2: The estimated maximum number of inmate days is 9,125 (23 males and 2 females);
• Option Year 3: The estimated maximum number of inmate days is 9,125 (23 males and 2 females);
• Option Year 4: The estimated maximum number of inmate days is 9,125 (23 males and 2 females);
• Option Year 5: The estimated maximum number of inmate days is 9,150 (23 males and 2 females);
• Option Year 6: The estimated maximum number of inmate days is 9,125 (23 males and 2 females);
• Option Year 7: The estimated maximum number of inmate days is 9,125 (23 males and 2 females);
• Option Year 8: The estimated maximum number of inmate days is 9,125 (23 males and 2 females); and
• Option Year 9: The estimated maximum number of inmate days is 9,150 (23 males and 2 females).
For Line Item 2, the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities for the home confinement services for the home confinement placement requirement are as follows:
• Base Year: The guaranteed minimum number of home confinement placements is 1,825 (5 placements onto home confinement) with an estimated maximum number of home confinement placements of 6,935 (19 placements onto home confinement);
• Option Year 1: The estimated maximum number of home confinement placements is 6,954 (19 placements onto home confinement);
• Option Year 2: The estimated maximum number of home confinement placements is 6,935 (19 placements onto home confinement);
