Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to repair, restore and refinish the existing steel casement windows of the Medgar and Myrlie Evers Home located at 2332 Margaret Walker Alexander Drive, Jackson, MS 39213. This project will be completed under a single prime contract. Window restoration will be completed per the Secretary of the Interior¿s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties and requirements listed below. Work to include the removal and stripping of all paint/finish from existing windows and hardware, removal of all rust and deterioration, repair/replacement of any damaged or inoperable features or hardware, replacement of broken glazing (3 individual panes), refinishing with NPS-approved materials and color selections (prime, body and finish coats), and site cleanup. Special care to be taken as to not damage any of the existing adjacent exterior or interior materials and finishes
