Evaluation

Award will be made to the Offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government, based on a combination of Technical Factors and Price, which are approximately equal in importance. Technical factors include location within the delineated area, neighborhood, ease of access, building location, parking availability, overall appearance, compatibility of adjacent businesses, potential for signs, floor plan/layout, and high-speed internet availability.
