• Offers are due by June 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

• Proposals must conform to RLP requirements.

• Evaluation will be based on a combination of Technical Factors and Price, which are approximately equal in importance.

• Technical factors include location within the delineated area, neighborhood, ease of access, building location, parking availability, overall appearance, compatibility of adjacent businesses, potential for signs, floor plan/layout, and high-speed internet availability.

• Award will be made to the Offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government.

• No specific set-aside information is provided in the initial pages.

• The RLP includes a Lease form (USACE Recruiting Lease Form L100) and a USACE Proposal to Lease Space form (USACE Recruiting Form 1364).

• Offerors are advised to review the Lease template and submit required forms and certifications.

• The delineated area for the space is bounded by E. Birch St. (North), E. Date St. (South), S. Poplar Ave. (East), and S. Berry St. (West).

• The document also details requirements for seismic safety, environmental considerations, asbestos, and historic preservation.
