- Accessibility: Adequate mass transit within three walking blocks is highly desired.
- Ingress/Egress: Both primary and secondary points of ingress/egress are required.
- Parking: Lighted, non-exclusive or reserved on-site parking for six (6) marked government vehicles (24/7) and additional lighted parking for approximately seven (7) employee/visitor vehicles during business hours.
- Operational Access: Military services must have the right to use the space beyond normal working hours, including weekends and holidays, with full facility access (elevators, lights, HVAC).
- Environment: Placement must be in a compatible business environment, avoiding proximity to sexually oriented businesses, bars, liquor stores, smoke shops, or marijuana dispensaries.
