The purpose of this amendment is to provide a date for RFI submission. All RFIs are due by December 12, 2025 by 3:00pm. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The proposal due date remains the same; December 19, 2025 @ 4pm. Amendment SF30 also newly attached.

The GSA is soliciting construction services to renovate an existing kitchenette on the 5th Floor at 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10007 Room# 549C. Kitchenette is to be installed per design intent drawing and in accordance with the Statement of Work.
