This proposed procurement will be a Sole Source to Parker Hannifin/VMT under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 811210. Size standard is $34 Million.
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Parker Hannifin/VMT to remove and replace the Reverse Osmosis First and Second Pass Pumps.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. This notice of intent is not a request for quote/proposal. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
