The required services encompass comprehensive maintenance, repair, and validation of the existing RO Water System. Key components and services include:

  • Water Softener System: Monthly service including a 6-point check, brine system service, annual brine tank cleaning, pressure drop evaluation, hardness checks, resin evaluation every two years, minor leak repair, and salt delivery/installation.
  • Service Exchange Carbon Tank: Exchange of carbon tanks every 6 months, pressure drop evaluation, chlorine level checks, and minor leak repair.
  • Reverse Osmosis System: Monthly 16-point check of controls, flows, and pressures; monthly prefilter change; RO mass balance adjustment; system sanitation based on bio-test results or annually; semi-annual heterotrophic plate count testing; annual QA meter calibration; certification of level controls; inspection and maintenance of recirculation pumps; and minor leak repair.
  • Ultraviolet (UV) / Sterilizer Filtration System: Annual UV lamp replacement, quartz sleeve replacement every two years, annual submicron filter changes, and provision/maintenance of mixed-bed deionization tanks (maximum 12 exchanges per year).
