This solicitation is for an all-or-none Firm Fixed Price requirement for an RF Analyzer and various accessories. Key items include:
- CLIN 0001: 10 GHz RF Analyzer with capabilities such as vector network analysis (time domain, transmission/reflection, 2-port S-parameters), spectrum analysis, pre-amplifier, interference analysis, GPS receiver, DC bias, and channel scanner. It must have a frequency range of 3 kHz to 10 GHz, 50 W nominal impedance (75 W with adapter), and cable/antenna testing functions. The analyzer must be rugged, dust/water-resistant (IP53), shock/vibration hardened, operate from 14F to 122F, weigh under 8 lbs, and measure under 12" H x 8" W x 4" D. DoD unique identification is required.
- CLINs 0002-0009: Include four rechargeable Li-Ion batteries (70WH, 4+ hours runtime), one telescopic whip antenna (70 MHz - 1 GHz), one external battery charger, one AC/DC power adapter (US/Canadian/European compatible), one ruggedized phase-stable test cable (Type-N male, 18 GHz, 3 ft), one active GPS antenna, one precision coaxial adapter (Type-N female to female, 18 GHz), and one heavy-duty transit case (max 23" L x 19" W x 12" D, empty weight under 20 lbs). All materials must comply with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA).
