Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To conduct a detailed RF analysis at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB) to identify and develop technical solutions for eliminating or significantly reducing RF dead zones.

• Establish a grid zone map outlining AUAB zones for testing.

• Perform Bit Error Rate (BER) and Delivered Audio Quality (DAQ) testing for inbound and outbound radio transmissions within each grid zone.

• Drive through each established grid zone to collect test data.

• Provide a grid zone map of tested areas 7-10 business days post-testing.

• Furnish a test report detailing results 7-10 business days post-testing.

• Provide a briefing to 379 ECS on the test report findings.

• BER (Bit Error Rate) and DAQ (Delivered Audio Quality) testing will be performed.
