This Request for Bids (RFB) is for the leasing of the George Hall House property at Minute Man National Historical Park for residential use (single family). The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking bids from interested individuals and organizations.

• The property is the George Hall House, located at 831 Lexington Road, Concord, MA. It is approximately 3,060 SF with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, situated on a 0.52 acre site.

• The lease is suitable for low-impact, non-transient, residential occupancy.

• The lessee must be willing to maintain the historic appearance of the structure and grounds.

• The lessee is responsible for all utilities and routine maintenance.

• Term: Maximum of two years.

• Rent: Fair market value rent of $54,000 annually, payable in equal monthly installments of $4,500. The first month's rent is due with the executed lease.

• RFB Release Date: June 11, 2026

• Initial Bid Submission Deadline: July 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST. NPS may accept bids until a winning bidder is selected.

• Submission Method: Bids must be submitted electronically as a single PDF file via email to mike_mccarthy@nps.gov. The subject line must be "BID - George Hall House - [Last Name of the Primary Contact for the Bidding Party]".

• Evaluation: The bidder submitting the responsive bid offering the highest monthly rent will be selected, subject to a determination of financial capability and reference check.

• Public Bid Opening: The day after the Initial Bid Submission Deadline, or the following Monday if the deadline is on a Friday. If no winner is selected, bids will be opened every following Monday at 1:00 PM EST.

• Open to all interested persons on a competitive basis.

• Applicants must be compliant with current lease obligations and have no outstanding rent payments.

• Applicants who are debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from federal transactions are not eligible.
