- Cisco Hardware: Vendors must provide a comprehensive commercial equipment list, including commercial list prices, model numbers, PID/VID, and percentage discounts from catalogue pricing. A URL to an authorized Cisco catalog with discount information is also acceptable.
- Cisco Software/Services: Complete the draft Required Product List provided as Attachment 1, detailing specific Cisco product SKUs and quantities desired by various DOI bureaus.
- Installation Services: Demonstrate capabilities to support nationwide installation or replacement of Cisco equipment across approximately 2,700 DOI locations. This includes:
- National and OCONUS field technician coverage, including access to cleared personnel.
- Cisco-certified technical expertise for installing Cisco infrastructure.
- Logistics and asset management capabilities (receiving, storing, staging, shipping, tracking).
- Project management infrastructure for nationwide rollouts, including site readiness assessments.
- 24/7 Help Desk and deployment support, with real-time assistance during critical cutovers.
- Scalability and surge capacity to handle high-volume deployments.
- Compliance: Adherence to the DOI IT Baseline Compliance Contract Guidelines (Attachment 2), which outlines requirements for IT, cybersecurity (FISMA, FedRAMP), privacy (PII, SPII), accessibility (Section 508), records management, and personnel security.
