This RFI is a market research tool to identify potential sources for "Dry Ice with Delivery Services" for the G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center. The government is seeking information to help define its procurement strategy for a future solicitation. This notice is NOT a request for quote, proposal, or bid, and does not commit the government to a contract.

• Provision of dry ice with delivery services.

• Interested parties are requested to submit a "Statement of Capability" (5 pages or less) via email to Latonya.Mack@va.gov by 11:00 AM CST on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

• The email subject line must read: "NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME".

• Responses should include:

  • Capability statement explaining ability to perform requested services.
  • Number of qualified personnel needed.
  • Experience performing similar services for government or private medical facilities.
  • Maximum capacity and availability to start.

Wage Determination
