Scope of Work
Vendors should demonstrate capabilities for:
- Routine Maintenance: Including oil/filter changes, brake system service, suspension/steering inspections, HVAC service, fluid checks, battery testing, tire rotation/balancing, and calibration of Ford chassis systems.
- As-Needed / Unscheduled Repairs: Covering engine diagnostics, transmission/drivetrain repair, electrical system troubleshooting, armor panel inspection/repair, door/hinge/latch repair, lighting/siren/communications system repair, welding/fabrication, ballistic glass repair, and run-flat tire addressing.
- Parts and Materials: Provision of OEM or OEM-approved parts, consumables, service materials, and specialty armored vehicle components.
- Optional Capabilities: Mobile repair services, 24/7 emergency support, vehicle recovery/towing, and pickup/delivery services.
