Quick Summary
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought to gather market intelligence on Bloomberg licenses and terminals. This effort is for market research purposes only and will inform the development of a future Statement of Work (SOW) for a potential solicitation. Responses are due March 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.
Purpose
The DIA seeks to understand available solutions, pricing structures, and licensing options from qualified authorized resellers for Bloomberg licenses and terminals. The information gathered will strengthen the SOW for any potential future procurement.
Scope of Interest
The DIA is interested in the procurement of annual term-based licenses and B-unit terminals for the Bloomberg Suite. This includes providing Bloomberg Anywhere terminals for government use, ensuring simultaneous access for personnel, and continuous technical support. The requirement anticipates approximately 45 units for the Office of Counterintelligence, Supply Chain Risk Management-Threat Analysis Center (SCRM-TAC), and up to 40 additional units for other DIA components. B-Unit Terminals should be included in the total cost of licenses without additional handling or restock fees.
