Scope of Work
MARSOC requires additional manpower augmentation to support capability development across seven key areas:

- ISS (Intelligence Systems and Sensors)
- SA & Effects (Sensitive Activities & Effects)
- Lethality (Weapons/Accessories, Ammunition, Optics, Mobility, Personal Equipment)
- General Combat Development Support
- Requirements Coordination
Support includes collecting lessons-learned, conducting market research, eliciting data from user groups, and assisting requirements officers in drafting and validating requirements documents. This requires a thorough understanding of special operations forces, military units, SOF component HQs, theater special operations commands (TSOC), requirements management, industry, technology, and acquisition processes.
