Scope of Requirements
JPM CBRN IEW is seeking bench-top GCMS systems with the following capabilities:
- Rapid Detection and Identification: Ability to quickly detect and identify chemical warfare agents (CWA), toxic industrial chemicals (TIC), and toxic industrial materials (TIM) across vapor, solid, liquid, and aerosol forms.
- Complex Sample Analysis: Capable of analyzing targets within complex environmental samples.
- Sensitivity and Specificity: High sensitivity and specificity for accurate identification.
- Quantification: Ability to quantify agent concentrations.
- Batch Processing & Auto Calibration: Support for batch analysis and automated calibration.
- Operating System Compatibility: Must be compatible with Windows 10 or newer.
- Longevity: Supportable for a minimum of seven years.
Requested Information
Respondents must submit an information paper addressing: product technical capabilities, company capabilities and Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL), instrument maturity level, interface with other equipment, Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) integration necessity, operating system, lead time, consumables, product availability and support duration, sales/market share, sensitivity, operator interface, size/weight/power, additional capabilities, addressing unknown threats, maintenance/calibration, and systems in the field.
