Purpose
This Sources Sought notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes to identify 8(a) small businesses with the technical capabilities to execute the requirements for CADD services. The government is performing market research and this is not a request for proposal, nor does it restrict the ultimate acquisition approach.
Scope of Work
The CADD services will support the DHA-FE FOB by providing AutoCAD and Drawbase drawing support for the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) and LogiCole systems. Key tasks include:
- Creating, modifying, maintaining, and managing facility and infrastructure drawings and associated data using CAD software (Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent).
- Updating architectural and infrastructure as-built drawings, validating project room information, and updating DMLSS/LogiCole systems.
- Uploading and linking drawing elements, maintaining Issued For Construction (IFC) design documents and red-lined As-Built/Record Drawings in the MARS database.
- Assisting Military Treatment Facility (MTF) facility managers with organizing, maintaining, and updating building drawings and master plans.
- Performing remote updates, updating Fire Protection and Life Safety drawings, and converting PDF scans to CAD formats.
- Participating in design submittal review teams, project completion functional testing, and performing field surveys.
Key Information Requested

- Contract Program Manager: Bachelor's degree, minimum three (3) years PM experience in medical facilities, knowledge of DoD/military structures, experience leading 15+ personnel.
- Special Requirements: U.S. Citizenship for all personnel, compliance with DoD 8570.1M and DFARS for information security, and government ownership of all data.
