- Support for approximately 350 Radiologists and 3 million reports annually.

Requested Information
Vendors are requested to submit a Capability Statement (maximum 20 pages) outlining a proposed solution. This statement should address:
- Real-time dictation, ambient listening, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-assisted documentation.
- Integration capabilities with DHA clinical systems.
- Compliance with DoW cybersecurity and Zero-Trust policies.
- Support for Continental United States (CONUS) and OCONUS sites, and variable network conditions.
- Centralized administration, reporting, and access governance.
- A draft implementation plan, including key deliverables, timelines, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Specific responses to task areas detailed in Attachment 1, covering System Architecture, Integration, Workload, Hardware, Workflow, DoW Integration, and DoW Cybersecurity.
