This solicitation is for the "Combination IUP Ectopic Pregnancy Ultrasound (Endovaginal Phantom) for METC Curriculum Support." The government is procuring training models for medical curriculum support.

• Two types of ultrasound training models are required:

  • GT Simulators BPOB1227 Combination IUP Ectopic Pregnancy Transvaginal Ultrasound Training Models (brand name or equal)
  • GTSimulators BPOB1801 Sonohysterography & Sonosalpingography Transvaginal Ultrasound Training Models (brand name or equal)

• Both items are to be provided "as is" in accordance with attached Salient Characteristics.

• Shipping and Freight are included.

• The contract type is Firm Fixed Price.

• Delivery is FOB Destination.

• Delivery Dates: On or Before 28 Aug 2026.

• NAICS Code: 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing.

• NAICS Small Business Size Standard: 1,000 employees.

• This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• Offerors must submit pricing for the CLIN to be considered responsive.

• Product Data information, including salient characteristics and a picture of each quoted item, is required for technical acceptability.

• The award will be made to the vendor whose quote meets the requirements and is deemed the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).

• Technical evaluation will be a pass/fail basis.

• Offerors are encouraged to submit commercial product literature.

• Offerors are highly encouraged to submit brand name or equal products.

• Quotes are due by Friday, 12 June 2026, 10:00 a.m. CDT.
