- Company's business size status (small or large, verifiable in SAM).
- Summary of expertise in manufacturing the part.
- Summary of delivery capability.
- Summary of the place of performance.
- Confirmation of NAICS Code appropriateness.
- Confirmation if this is a commercial or noncommercial buy.
- Estimate of production lead time and monthly delivery rate. Submissions must be received no later than 15 days following posting of this notice (which is March 31, 2026).
