RFI Response Requirements
Respondents should submit a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM), a capability statement (or retailer authorization), references, and a draft/review of the Statement of Objectives (SOO). The ROM is for pricing information only and does not commit the Government. Responses must be electronic, limited to ten pages (excluding title, TOC, company info, references), and in Microsoft Word or PDF format. Company information must include name, socio-economic status, DUNS, UEI, CAGE, and points of contact for technical and contractual questions, plus available federal contracts.
