This is a new requirement to support the co-location of MSCTCE with the U.S. Army Transportation Corps School (TCS) facilities. The contractor will support 12 buildings comprising 37 classrooms, administrative, and storage spaces. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of inspections and tracking of work requests/service orders.
  • Facility technical approvals for self-help projects, minor repairs, and maintenance.
  • Safety and occupational health inspections, key control, and facility requirements for training device installations.
  • Providing technical recommendations on whether work should be accomplished in-house or outsourced.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating with JBLE 733rd Civil Engineering Squadron (CES), T2COM, and other JBLE agencies.
  • Maintaining an adequate, qualified workforce for uninterrupted performance.
