Purpose & Scope
This is a new requirement to support the co-location of MSCTCE with the U.S. Army Transportation Corps School (TCS) facilities. The contractor will support 12 buildings comprising 37 classrooms, administrative, and storage spaces. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordination of inspections and tracking of work requests/service orders.
- Facility technical approvals for self-help projects, minor repairs, and maintenance.
- Safety and occupational health inspections, key control, and facility requirements for training device installations.
- Providing technical recommendations on whether work should be accomplished in-house or outsourced.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating with JBLE 733rd Civil Engineering Squadron (CES), T2COM, and other JBLE agencies.
- Maintaining an adequate, qualified workforce for uninterrupted performance.
