Scope of Work
The requirement is to develop and deliver a portable, carry-on/off wireless communication network. Key aspects include:

- Power: Self-powered by batteries for at least 30 minutes (60 minutes desired), with 115VAC "wall power" capability.
- Software: Support commercial VoIP software (e.g., TeamSpeak, Mumble) compatible with iOS and Android devices, with version update capability.

- Integration: Integrate with the aircraft's existing intercom system (ICS) via a U-174 connector to receive and retransmit audio wirelessly. Transmitting audio to ICS is desired for a future phase.
