Scope of Work
The required services encompass comprehensive professional and administrative support for HQ INSCOM and its Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs). This includes:
- Office management, communication, staffing, and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversight of classified/compartmented material, suspense items, mail distribution, equipment, records management, and timekeeping.
- Liaison services between INSCOM personnel and internal/external offices.
- Development of automated administrative reports.
- Specialized clerical and administrative support, including secretarial tasks.
- High-level administrative support for senior leaders (drafting communications, calendar management, travel coordination, research).
- Human Resource Specialist support (awards programs, recommendations, HR program assistance).
- Administrative support for Soldier and Family Readiness.
