- Physical & Functional Requirements: Rugged aluminum or metallic outer housing, direct engraved or permanently affixed labeling with unique serial numbers, separate barcoding using government-provided sequences, and secure attachment points for key rings or lanyards. A securely attached protective cover for the USB connector is also required if the housing doesn't fully cover it.
