Scope of Work

The MFLC Program provides confidential, non-medical counseling, consultation, and outreach services to military service members, their families, and survivors globally. Key objectives include:

  • Ensuring availability of qualified, credentialed, and licensed MFLC personnel.
  • Providing high-quality, prevention-focused counseling adaptable to diverse populations and environments.
  • Enhancing military dependents' ability to develop relationships and manage emotions.
  • Increasing program visibility and utilization.
  • Supporting pilot program initiatives and studies.

Services include Program Management Support, Primary MFLC Services (Adult and Child/Youth Behavioral - CYB), and Temporary MFLC Services, with optional Western and Eastern Geographic Footprints. Services are delivered in-person and virtually across more than 300 military installations in the U.S. and over 25 foreign countries, including hazardous duty/danger zones.
