Quick Summary
The General Services Administration (GSA), Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS), on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP), has released a combined Request for Information (RFI) and Market Assessment Discussion (MAD) Notice for Military and Family Life Counseling Services (MFLC) V. This notice serves as market research to identify capable and interested industry partners and to inform industry of the Government's intent to conduct one-on-one conversations. Responses are due by May 8, 2026.
Scope of Work
The purpose of this RFI-MAD is to assist the Government in conducting market research to identify capable, interested Industry Partners. It also aims to inform industry of the Government’s intent to conduct one-on-one conversations between the AAS Contracting Officer (CO) and interested Industry Partners. These MAD Sessions are a market research tool used to gauge industry interest, assess potential commercial/industry approaches, identify factors that could shape the acquisition strategy, inform future acquisition planning, promote competition, and improve the quality of proposals. The Government is particularly interested in determining what information industry needs for bid/no-bid decisions and the availability/applicability of commercial products and services for the MFLC Program.
