Scope of Work
The requirement is for a certified USAF Military Tandem Course in accordance with AFI 10-3503, Personnel Parachute Program. The course objective is to certify four (4) military tandem instructor candidates for the 412th OSS TPP. Key requirements include:
- Conducting the course at a TPP-contracted civilian drop zone in Perris Valley, CA, approved for military static-line and free fall parachute operations.
- Providing certified instructors with their own parachute and video documentation equipment, and study materials.
- Ensuring instructors are approved MAJCOM-PPPM and/or USSOCOM vendors for Military Tandem instruction.
- Including military tandem packing certification for riggers.
- Establishing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- All performance objectives must meet a 100% requirement threshold.

Interested offerors capable of fully supporting this requirement must furnish the following information, limited to no more than 1 page:
