Purpose & Scope

The Government is seeking information from experienced vendors capable of supplying the specified Q-PAR antennas and positioning systems, as detailed in the attached "Salient Characteristics" document. The positioning system requires specific features including:

- Azimuth Speed: 100° per second
- Elevation Range: -10° to 90°
- Elevation Speed: 60° per second
- Integrated Sensors: Built-in Compass, GPS, Accelerometer, IMU
- Compatibility: Works with multiple transponders on aircraft, receives raw radar feed
