- Logistics: Management of household goods transportation, shipping, storage, and customs clearance.
- Technology: Operation of a relocation management system for case management, communication, documentation, and reporting.
- Employee Support: Counseling and case management throughout the relocation lifecycle.
- Financial Management: Development of relocation cost estimates, audit, review, and processing of relocation-related expenses and vendor payments.
- Compliance: Adherence to federal regulations (FAR, DEAR, FTR, IRS, DOE directives) and protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Implementation: Program implementation, transition, and onboarding.
Vendors should detail their organizational capabilities, experience with federally funded or highly regulated entities, data security measures, and financial administration.
