A cover sheet with contact information, classification level, CAGE code, and other business details (as outlined in Attachment 2) is required. Diagrams and figures are permitted within the page limit.

  • Eligibility: Open to universities, UARCs, FFRDCs, private companies, and government research laboratories.
  • Submission Method: Unclassified submissions must be emailed to DARPA-SN-26-51@darpa.mil. Instructions for classified submissions are detailed in Attachment 1, which also covers handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Controlled Technical Information (CTI).
