Scope of Work
TYAD is seeking information on the availability and supply of specific commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) electrical connectors:
- XT90 Female Connector with Pigtail: 500 units
- XT60 Female Connector with Pigtail: 4,500 units
- JST-XH 6S Pack Side Tap: 5,000 units
Connectors must be new, fully functional, meet technical requirements, and include pre-wired pigtails with appropriately gauged, insulated copper wire. All materials must be COTS products, and the contractor must certify compliance with U.S. national security regulations regarding electronic component sourcing.
Information Requested from Companies
Interested companies should provide a capabilities statement package (max 10 pages) including:
- Company Information: Name, address, POC details, CAGE code, and confirmation of U.S. base.
- Capability Statement: Description of manufacturing/supply capabilities, processes, quality control (e.g., ISO 9001), and production capacity.
