Quick Summary
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), specifically the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and its Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE), has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for the Tribal Home Visiting Planning, Analysis, and Communication Project (THV PLACE). This RFI is for market research purposes to gather information on industry capabilities and experience related to the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program in American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities. The program's goals include providing high-quality services, supporting AI/AN children and families, expanding the evidence base, and strengthening coordination among programs.
Intended Scope of Work
The intended scope of the THV PLACE project, for which industry input is sought, includes:
- Implementing quick turnaround studies on emerging topics of interest to ACF.
- Conducting focused literature reviews and environmental scans on priority topics.
- Synthesizing and translating research findings for practical application and use.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of Tribal early childhood learning agendas.
