The Government requests that industry provide feedback/comments on the attached draft documents, specifically, the following:
--General feedback on the Evaluation Criteria
--Feedback on the overall acquisition strategy of awarding to any and all Offerors who are at our MTTR of 30,000 points
-- Whether the offeror would submit a proposal against the Final RFP (estimated to be released week of 9 May) based on all information received to date
--What the offeror estimates their initial self-score would be
--Comments on the offeror's experience with onramping/offramping procedures and which procedures have been most successful from an industry perspective.
