To maintain a qualified maritime workforce, MARAD and USMMA need contractor support to provide services and recommendations that enhance career development, workforce planning, and industry engagement. See attached solicitation 693JF726R000002. Any questions must be submitted by December 5, 2025, 1pm EST and all proposals are due by December 22, 2025, 2pm EST. All proposals and questions must be emailed to durba.ray@dot.gov and cc brian.wiley.ctr@dot.gov and tia.belton@dot.gov. All amendments along with SF1449 must be signed and submitted with the proposal prior the close of the RFP. Past Performance Questionnaires, Attachment 2 must be directly emailed by your customer prior to the close of the RFP to durba.ray@dot.gov; cc brian.wiley.ctr@dot.gov and tia.belton@dot.com.
Purpose of Amendment one is to make minor correction on the period of performance. All terms and conditions remain unchanged. No changes to the RFP closing date. See attached RFP Amendment one.
Amendment two is to extend the RFP closing date from 12/22/2025 to 12/30/2025, 2pm EST. All terms and conditions of the RFP remains unchanged.
