Scope of Work

- Operating food service facilities and dispensing items.

- Adhering to "Health and Sustainability Guidelines for Federal Concessions and Vending."

Evaluation
Tradeoff source selection procedures will be utilized. Proposals will be evaluated based on Technical (more important), Past Performance, and Price. The Technical factor includes Technical Capability and Management Approach. Proposals must achieve a "Satisfactory" rating for Factor 1 - Technical to be considered for award.
