Contract & Timeline

Additional Notes

The Smithsonian Institution holds "exclusive pouring rights" for Pepsi-Cola Company products for all public beverage sales. Offerors are responsible for all startup and pre-opening costs. Amendment No. 4 issued an alert warning offerors not to respond to third parties (e.g., INNOVATIVE IT SOLUTIONS LLC) regarding this RFP, emphasizing that all correspondence and proposals must be directed ONLY to the Smithsonian Institution via Laura Eichorn. An optional site visit was held on September 3, 2025.
