This Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), seeks proposals for the provision of medical supplies. This includes pharmaceuticals, vaccines, diabetic supplies, diagnostic accessories, disposable scrubs, hygienic and sterilization products, over-the-counter medications, prescription medications, and emergency medications.

• Delivery: Within three (3) days after receipt of order (ARO), FOB Destination to all FBI locations.

• Contractor Capabilities: Must have an established online ordering system with Gatekeeper ability, provide a complete Product Pricing Matrix, be an authorized reseller, and have government priority ordering/shipping.

• New Products: Only new products are accepted; no grey market products.

• TAA Compliance: Offerors must propose TAA compliant products.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price, single award, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ).

• Period of Performance: One (1) base year with four (4) possible one-year option periods, and a possible six (6) month extension. Anticipated period: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027 (base year), with options extending to December 1, 2031.

• Estimated Contract Value: Maximum of $1,500,000 over the life of the contract. Minimum order quantity is $1,000.00.

• Proposal Submission Deadline: April 27, 2026, at 05:00pm EST, via email to LRCALVERT@FBI.GOV.

• Questions Deadline: April 13, 2026, at 05:00pm EST, submitted via the Offeror Question Submission Attachment to Lily Calvert at Ircalvert@fbi.gov.

• Offer Validity: Offers must be valid for 90 calendar days from closing of posting.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is technically acceptable and provides the lowest price. Technical acceptability includes registration in SAM.gov as "active" and providing pricing for all items in the Product Pricing Matrix.

• Set-Aside: This requirement has no set-aside requirement.

• Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with an "active" status.

• Proposals submitted on any document other than Attachment 1 – Product Pricing Matrix will not be considered for award.

• Offerors must list pricing for every product to be considered eligible for award.

• Award will be made on an all or none basis; no partial proposals or awards will be made.
