Scope of Work
The FBI requires brand name or generic medical supplies, including pharmaceuticals, vaccines, diabetic supplies, diagnostic accessories, disposable scrubs, hygienic and sterilization products, over-the-counter medications, prescription medications, and emergency medications. These supplies are essential for fitness-for-duty evaluations, operational medical support, protective detail coverage, CONUS/OCONUS deployments, and disaster response. Deliveries must be made within three (3) days after receipt of order (ARO), FOB Destination to all FBI locations. Offerors must propose TAA compliant, new products only (no grey market).
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price, Single Award, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ).
- Period of Performance: One (1) base year (anticipated June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027) with four (4) one-year option periods, and a possible six (6) month extension, potentially extending to December 1, 2031.
- Estimated Contract Value: Maximum of $1,500,000 over the life of the contract. Minimum order quantity is $1,000.00.
- Place of Performance: Quantico, VA, and other FBI locations.
- Set-Aside: None.
Submission & Evaluation
- Questions Due: April 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. Questions must be submitted using Attachment 2 - Offeror Question Submission.xlsx to Lily Calvert at lrcalvert@fbi.gov.
- Proposal Submission Deadline: April 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST, via email to LRCALVERT@FBI.GOV.
- Offer Validity: Offers must remain valid for 90 calendar days from the closing date.
- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical acceptability requires active SAM.gov registration and providing pricing for all items in Attachment 1 – Product Pricing Matrix.xlsx. Proposals must be submitted on Attachment 1, and all products must be priced. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis.
