This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is for Kenneling Services to support Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Preclearance operations at Pearson Airport in Toronto. The U.S. Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price. Initial quotations will be the basis for award, though discussions may be held if necessary.

• Provide commercial kennel facilities and services for two (2) CBP canines (Shylo and Ringo).

• Facility must meet specific construction, sanitation, health, and safety standards.

• Provide food, supplies, and equipment necessary for kenneling services.

• Ensure 24-hour access to the facility for assigned CBP personnel via key or key card.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.

• Provide K9 exercise time and ensure proper feeding and health monitoring.

• Develop and implement plans for emergency procedures, escaped dogs, and flea/tick protection.
