Eligibility Requirements

Additionally, offerors must possess necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources, hold all required local licenses and permits, meet local insurance requirements, and be able to obtain adequate performance security. There must be no adverse criminal record or political/business affiliation contrary to U.S. interests.
