Scope of Work
The contractor will provide double-clean yellow whole kernel corn, treated with Ivermectin. The USDA will supply bulk Ivermectin, and the contractor will use government-provided equipment (pump) for mixing. The final product must achieve a homogeneous concentration of approximately 10 mg of Ivermectin active ingredient (AI) per pound of corn (16-24 ppm). Samples of treated corn must be submitted to the National Veterinary Services Lab (NVSL) for testing before delivery. Delivery is required via a bulk feed trailer with an auger, capable of reaching overhead drive-through bins for offloading. The treated corn will be used annually from March 1 through July 15.
