Scope of Work

- Suspension Belts & Monitoring System: Isolation of systems, removal of existing belts, supply and installation of new OEM suspension belts (approx. 4 for Elevator #1, 5 for Elevator #2), installation of OEM belt monitoring devices (pulse units), cleaning/conditioning of belt assemblies, tension adjustment, integration of monitoring system with controller, and controller software updates.
- General Works: Site setup, barricading, safety controls, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, pre-work inspection, site survey, elevator reinstatement, and full operational testing/commissioning.
Deliverables
Key deliverables include a Completion Report (with before-and-after photos, parts list, test results), updated system configuration documentation, warranty certificates, and maintenance recommendations.
