Contract Details
- Type: Firm Fixed-Price (FFP)
- Period of Performance: January 28, 2027, through January 27, 2028, with four additional one-year option periods and potential six-month extensions.
- Eligibility: Restricted to SAM-registered Turkish firms (local national). This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.
- Government Furnished Property (GFP): GFE will be provided "as-is" and is currently operable. The contractor is responsible for supplying additional equipment, and for repair/replacement of GFE due to normal wear and tear. The Government will provide fuel for GFE. Contractors must maintain a GFP management system.
- Anticipated Material/Equipment Value: The government estimates an annual value of $100,000 - $150,000 USD for material/equipment purchases.
Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes via email. Evaluation will proceed in two volumes:
- Volume 1 (Past and Present Performance): Evaluated on a pass/fail basis. Offerors must demonstrate their own relevant experience as a prime or subcontractor; subcontractor past performance will not be considered. Maximum two projects, PDF format.
- Volume 2 (Price Spreadsheet): Evaluated for the lowest priced offer among those that pass Volume 1. The government may deem an offer unacceptable if option prices are unbalanced or the proposed price is not fair and reasonable.
