Scope of Work
The contractor will provide:
- Lodging: Approximately 100 single occupancy rooms for three nights (300 room nights total) with a 65% occupancy guarantee. Non-smoking rooms are required.
- Welcome Reception: On February 23rd (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM) for 115 attendees, including non-alcoholic beverages, a cash bar, and hors d'oeuvres. A sample menu must be submitted.
- Breakfast: Daily for all registered guests, featuring assorted coffee/tea/juices, scrambled eggs, bacon/ham, toast, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, and single-serving yogurts. A sample menu must be submitted.
- Registration Area: Dedicated lobby space with two tables and two chairs for guest check-in on February 23rd (12 PM - 6 PM).
- Parking: For guests (costs annotated) and 15 Admissions personnel on arrival day.
- Shuttle Service: Courtesy shuttle to/from downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy if not within walking distance.
- Location & Facilities: Hotel must be in Annapolis, MD, within a 10-minute drive of the Naval Academy, capable of accommodating full-size buses, and have ample private space for the reception and a lobby for registration.

Additional Notes
Offerors must submit sample reception and breakfast menus with their quotes. Quotes must remain valid for thirty (30) days. FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-5 clauses are incorporated by reference.
