Must fit standard US Military 3D Ivan SIT/MIT backer and E type silhouette, durable, reusable, and withstand significant impacts and environmental conditions while presenting a cold thermal image.
Both items require a 30-day delivery after receipt of order (DARO) to Fort Irwin, CA (Zip Code 92310). Shipments must comply with MIL-STD-129R marking and labeling requirements.

Submission & Evaluation

- RFQ (Pages 1-6): Fully completed, signed on page 3, addressing all requirements in sections 1-5, and all questions answered.
- MIL-STD-129R: Signed on page 5, return entire document if not already on file for the Instaquote Program. Failure to submit required documents or complete fields may result in no further consideration for award.
