• Four (4) 2nd alternators, 12V-125A kits, including specific part numbers for the alternator, alternator kit, and harness kit.

• All items require DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP)

• Delivery Date: On or before July 31, 2026

• Delivery Location: US Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD

• Proposal Submission: Via email to shere.c.reese.civ@us.navy.mil no later than the due date.

• Quote Validity: 60 days from the solicitation closing date.

• Evaluation Criteria: Quotes will be evaluated based on Technical and Price. An acceptable technical rating is required for award. The government may award to other than the lowest priced quoter.

• Key Deadlines: Questions due by March 23, 2025, 11:00 a.m. EST.

• This acquisition is listed as UNRESTRICTED.

• Offerors must submit an authorized reseller letter from Yanmar with their quote.

• Hand-carried quotes will not be accepted.
