This document is a pricing schedule detailing the estimated quantities and unit prices for various components of the Jackson Trap over five ordering periods. Bidders will use this schedule to calculate their proposed pricing.

• Ordering Periods: Five distinct periods are outlined, spanning from the Date of Award (2027) through 2031.
• Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): Specific CLINs are assigned to each item.
• Description of Supply: Items include Jackson Trap Body with "Caution" Toxic Labels, Jackson Trap Inserts Folded Version, Jackson Trap Wire Hanger, and Jackson Trap Lure Clip.
• Unit: Each item is measured in Each (EA).
• Estimated Quantity Per Ordering Period: Quantities vary by item, with the Trap Body having 1,000,000 EA, Inserts 2,000,000 EA, Wire Hanger 240,000 EA, and Lure Clip 750,000 EA per period.
• Unit Price & CLIN TOTALS: Fields are provided for bidders to enter their proposed unit prices and calculate CLIN totals. These fields are currently blank.
• Contract Totals: A field is provided to sum up the total contract value.

This pricing schedule is critical for bidders to understand the anticipated volume of each component required over the contract's duration. Bidders must carefully review the estimated quantities and input their competitive unit prices in the designated fields to formulate their overall proposal cost. The structure of this schedule will likely dictate the format for submitting pricing information.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure Jackson Traps for use in insect monitoring programs by APHIS-PPQ and cooperators. These traps are essential for protecting American agriculture from exotic insect pests and gathering data on pest presence to maintain export market access. The acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• Jackson Trap Bodies: Made of white, bleached sulphate paperboard (0.024 inch minimum thickness) with a 0.001 inch polyplastic coating on both surfaces. Must withstand outdoor weather for 90 days. Dimensions are 5 inches long by 3.5 inches wide on each of three sides, with a waterproof, flame-welded joint. Must be foldable for packaging and storage, with outer panels imprinted with black letters.

• Jackson Trap Inserts: Two versions required (specified at order). Made of white, bleached sulphate paperboard (0.024 inch minimum thickness) with 0.001 inch polyplastic coating. Parallelogram shape, measuring 6.5 inches on long sides by 3 11/16th inches on parallel sides, with an acute angle of 71°. Must fit tightly to prevent sliding.

• Adhesive: "Stickem Special Hold Fast Formula" from Seabright Laboratories.

• Trap Hangers: 12-gauge soft iron galvanized wire, pliable yet rigid.

• Lure Clips: 16-gauge non-corrosive wire.

• Packaging: Must be in sturdy, corrugated cardboard boxes, not exceeding 20 pounds per box. Specific labeling requirements include manufacturer name, order number, product name, quantity, lot/batch number, and date of manufacture. Certain cartons require specific handling instructions (e.g., "This side up," "DO NOT CRUSH," "STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE").

• Shipping: F.O.B. destination. Delivery within 30 days of receiving the Delivery Order. Early deliveries accepted.

• Award Type: Anticipated Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Supply contract with (5) Ordering Periods.

• Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• NAICS Code: 325320 (Small business size standard: 1,150 Employees).

• Submission: Quoters must submit all documentation in PDF format and pricing in the attached "Pricing Schedule" spreadsheet.

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on comparative evaluation. Factors include Relevant Experience and Past Performance (references for contracts within the last 5 years).

• Key Deadlines:

• Offer Acceptance Period: 90 calendar days.

• Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation.
