Submission & Evaluation
Proposals are due by 14:00 on Monday, May 11, 2026. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation, including SF-1449 cover page, Section 1, and Section 5. Proof of SAM registration is required. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. Vendors with local service stations will be given preference. Evaluation will be based on price, technical acceptability, and contractor responsibility (FAR 9.1).
