Scope of Work

The primary objective is to restore the backup PAO system to full operational status, which is a mission-critical priority due to the labs' dependence on a single primary PAO system. The contractor must be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the PAO chiller system and be prepared to initiate work immediately. The scope includes hands-on investigation to identify root causes and implement necessary repairs.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP)
- Period of Performance: 12 months from the start date, not later than August 3, 2026.

- Place of Performance: On-site at Hill Air Force Base, UT. Travel for two field service engineers will originate from Orlando, Florida.
- Eligibility: Firms must be registered in SAM.gov and possess a current SPRS NIST 800-171 DoD Assessment.
Key Deliverables
The contractor will be required to submit two Software Test Reports (STRs):
- CDRL A001: Diagnostic Results of Investigation/Root Cause, due 30 days after award.
- CDRL A002: Results of repairs, due 60 days after award.

Evaluation Criteria
