Key deliverables include inventorying, supplying, and replacing expendable parts (filters, belts, hoses, gaskets) with new, OEM-approved, industry-standard materials (e.g., AHRI Standard 700-2015 for refrigerants). Repairs and hardware replacements are explicitly excluded from this scope and will be priced separately.
